Maybe exploiting non-locality the mind uses retrocausality to program everything it encounters in the past and changes who Raymond Reddington was and erases the future memories of false consciousness. The mind achieves Nietzsche’s loopiness as the illusion of free will.
Of course some smarmy wise guy would point out that free will created the illusion of unfree will for-itself.
