Christians and Druze Apparently are Being Killed in Syria

The new Islamist government of Syria seems to be going about slaughtering Christians and Druze. President Trump however has ended sanctions and designation of Syria as a terrorist government. It is wrong for the President to be asleep on Syria and providing any sort of recognition or assistance to the rise of a terrorist state. Meanwhile the Syrian President Abu Mohammad al-Jolani (also known by his real name, Ahmed al-Sharaa, a former member of Al Qaeda), is working attempted genocide on the Druze. It seems wrong for the Trump administration to give aid and comfort to a terrorist executing Christians and Druze and purging Druze through death from the mountainous Jabal al-Druze (also known as Jabal al-Arab or Jabal Hauran) region in the Suwayda Governorate of southern Syria

Druze are an interesting people. There are American first peoples that somehow brought elements of the genome of the Druze to the Atlantic coast and South-Eastern Washington State thousands of years ago. Druze in a real sense are related to the first Americans, and President Trump has comforted the terrorist Syrian Government- he should stop that ASAP, and not help letting terrorism grow.
