It is possible that Euro-leftists and the Democrat Party- specially the D.S.A., are part of a global recrudescence of global socialism after the loss of the Soviet Union and turning Russia away from capitalism via the Ukraine war is the objective in a new era of discrete Trotsky-like policy for socialism. Hopefully Russian leadership keeps the battle focused on Ukraine and does not let mission creep expand the war beyond the Ukraine.
