Driving into the wall
Berlin’s barrier removed peace by peace
into the shadow of nights that brawl
echoes of war bounce the human toll
across a continental space
Beneath the gravity well of stars
Sagittarius A 26,000 light years away
progress need be a profit
of electromagnetic accelerator launches
-modules to orbit as if with a catapult’s haste
Once again into the breach
crossing into the jaws of death
with orders from distant officers
delivered decisively by mistake
discarding lives within their reach
Resolved conflicts and applied reconciliation
save many lives of troubled nations
the Lord said settle while you can
leave to history the flames of wars of man
before judgment and death arrive at the door.
